Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments in Orientation Briefing, Case File Track, and Counsel-Ready Path. Free resources and complimentary consultations about program fit are not refundable items because no fee is charged.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed fewer than two modules and have not submitted material for coaching feedback. After 14 days, or after substantive use, only partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when (a) the request arrives within the 14-day window, (b) access logs show limited use, and (c) no live studio seat was consumed. If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you also receive a full refund.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after completing two or more modules but before the halfway mark of a track, we may refund 40% of the tuition as a goodwill credit, less any third-party processing fees actually incurred. Partial refunds are discretionary when module downloads were extensive.

Non-refundable items

Personalized document reviews already delivered, third-party transcription fees you requested, and seats in live studios that you attended or missed without 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@cyberworkflows.digital with subject “Refund request”, your full name, program name, purchase date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for the original invoice reference.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add several days before funds appear.

Cancellation by Cyberworkflows

We may cancel access for breach of the Terms of Use. In cases of serious misuse, no refund is due. For cancellations caused by our operational failure, we offer a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at your choice.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected. If a statutory cooling-off right applies to your distance contract, that right operates alongside this policy to the extent it is more favorable to you.
