Questions that surface limits early

A productive employment consultation names boundaries quickly. These prompts help you invite that clarity when wrongful dismissal is part of the discussion.

Opening prompts

  • “Based on this one-page brief, what can we decide today versus what needs more documents?”
  • “Which dates on my chronology should I treat as sensitive even if we do not finalize a strategy today?”
  • “What are two common misunderstandings clients bring into a first meeting like mine?”

Prompts that prevent false certainty

  • “If the stated grounds are incomplete, what options exist besides assuming the dismissal is automatically unlawful?”
  • “What would make you tell me that educational prep has gone as far as it usefully can?”

Why we teach limitation framing

People sometimes leave a consultation frustrated because they expected a verdict. Asking for limits is not pessimistic; it is how you budget time and fees. Module 5 in our flagship program rehearses these questions aloud so they feel less awkward in the room.
